We are thrilled to share this exclusive-to-EcoFillosophy Oakville Neighborhood Soaps collection with you! Whether supporting your little corner of the town we love so much, or gifting a new neighbour or friend that has moved away but may be hankering for a bit of home (we're sending a few with our kids to uni in the fall!), these soaps are almost as beautiful as the many neighbourhoods that make Oakville one the winningest towns to live in.

Bronte Village: Like the eclectic, village-in-the-city feel of the neighbourhood our shop calls home, this bar carries tones of sweet lavender and herbaceous rosemary that have us thinking about both a brisk and breezy walk along the harbour and a casual stroll to admire the many gardens along Bronte's lovely side streets. The bar's pink and blue tones are reminiscent of the pebbles washing up along our shores, and remind us every day of our need to protect our valuable and beautiful natural resources.

Falgarwood: One of Oakville's more mature neighbourhoods, Falgarwood's abundant tree-lined streets, foliage and quirky homes will have you remembering years gone by, when children spent their days outside and life was carefree. This vegan soap shares the area's unique, breath-of-fresh-air aesthetic, delivering floral notes and exuding its own special charm. 

Glen Abbey: Known for its shaded, nature paths, carved ravine and - of course - world-renowned golf course, Glen Abbey is a nature lovers dream. The bar's light citrus and woodsy scents and soothing green tones will have you thinking of an early morning walk in the woods (or tee time!) and the blue and gold confetti sprinkled throughout remembering our treasured Sixteen Mile Creek and its looming shale-limestone cliffs.

Joshua Creek: One of Oakville's newest and most modern neighbourhoods, this bar perfectly reflects Joshua Creek luxe with its woodsy, fruity scent. The cream base is reminiscent of the urban oasis' stuccoed exteriors, the brown honours its historic farmland and the black charcoal confetti represents the crossroads location of highways that border the area to the south and our town to the east. 

River Oaks: River Oaks is the heart of Oakville, centrally nestled among so many of the town's wonderful neighbourhoods. The blues and tans artistically swirled throughout this beautiful bar reflect the area's vibrant young families and cultures, and scents of bergamot and lavender - with the slightest hint of freshly-mown grass - invite us to hop on our bikes, hit up the areas many bike paths and lanes, and pedal off into the wind!
