Gliding the soft bristles across all surfaces and into even the tiniest crevice will ensure mushrooms meet even the most exacting chef's standards, without impacting texture, or losing the nutrients and flavour of mushrooms washed in water.

Usage:

Use brush to delicately brush away bits of soil on mushrooms. Rinse and allow to dry. Compostable at end of life.
